And who is behind this ingenious concoction? Susanne Schneider, restaurateur and sommelière. Together with her husband, master chef Jürgen Schneider, she took the big step to South Africa in 2013 after many years on the German gastronomy scene, including a Michelin star for Strahlenberger Hof. Susanne Schneider has been passionate about wine and spirits for over 30 years, earning the coveted Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) diploma in 2004.

What is the best way to enjoy H2O gin?
